Refund policy

We value your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package. Note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll promptly assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Questions about specific items? Contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange, return the item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bwtrillion@godstruleetreasuresllc.org.
